At busy times there may be a delay in receiving your link. In addition, check your phone is set up to receive 'WAP Push' messages. Depending on the brand of your mobile, you need to set the 'WAP Push' setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all". Here are some hints on where to find this setting:

- Messaging > Settings > Service Msg.

- Messages > Brwser Msgs > Menu Button > Browser Msg Setup
